You can't directly choose, but you fill out a profile with your preferences (skin type, hair type, etc.) and they try to match stuff to that. It's not perfect but it helps.

Nah, it's curated. You do have a beauty profile though, so make sure that's updated to get things you'll actually use.

I don't think they do anymore for the UK site, afaik it's just within the UK. You might want to double check their FAQs on that one.
